“ The atmosphere was great. I called twice and made sure someone could cut my VERY long hair to a pixie style. I was told NO PROBLEM, ID BE WELCOMED IN. I go in, wait about 45 min and am called by Rhonda....BE VERY WARY!!! She was rude from the very start. I showed her a picture and said Id like a taper fade in the back. Instead of telling me she wasn't capable, she started the cut and was calling my hair shit, and a huge mess. She even turned my chair and told me she didn't want me looking at it. I should have known at that point but I tried to lighten the situation by joking about my hair and telling her were gonna make it but by the end she had given me a bowl cut with a "tail!!??" NOTHING LIKE WHAT I ASKED OR SHOWED HER!! MY heart sunk, I asked her to cut off the "tail" paid her and left. UPDATE!!!!!!! Thank you Lori and Nina!! The owner was outstanding and offered to fix my hair with Nina's help. Nina did a FANTASTIC job, worked with my hair made great suggestions and worked with me on the cut all throughout!! THANK YOU NINA!! Lori is a VERY approachable and JUST OUTSTANDING person. She listened and was extremely gracious and understanding. Because of her interest in her clients and gracious demeanor I will absolutely return here!! THANK YOU LADIES SO MUCH!!! ”

He went above and beyond my expectations just like he said he would after I showed him a picture of what I was interested in. I'd be stupid to not go back. The environment was clean and friendly.
